Hello everyone! I’m thrilled to be back in the online world, sharing my thoughts and experiences once more. Some of you may remember my old portfolio, which, unfortunately, disappeared into the digital abyss due to an accidental deletion. While it was disheartening at first, I’ve come to realize that starting fresh can be a blessing in disguise.
As I begin this new chapter in my life as a Library Media Specialist in Grapevine, Texas, I’ve learned that there’s always a silver lining in every setback. The past five months have shown me that our passions and talents can find a place to shine brightly, even in unexpected ways. I’m excited about the opportunities this role brings to cultivate lifelong learners through authentic projects and innovative educational methods.
But that’s not all! I’m also incredibly thrilled to share that I’ll be embarking on a new academic journey this summer at the University of Oklahoma. I’ll be pursuing a Master’s degree in Library Information Sciences, further deepening my knowledge and skills in the field that I’m so passionate about. It’s an exciting adventure that I can’t wait to embark upon, and I’m eager to share my insights and learnings along the way.
